Mechanism of Action

Nasaleze is a chemically inert material

The mechanism of action of Nasaleze is estimated to be the cellulose powder reacting with moisture within the airway to produce a protective barrier over the nasal mucosa, preventing binding of inhaled allergens with receptors. It forms a colourless, mucus-like fine gel lining in the nasal tract that acts as a filter for allergens, pollutants, dust and animal dander. Relief from symptoms may occur within minutes (at least 77% of users) but usually within 3 hours of use.

Indications
Nasaleze is used for protection from and strengthening resistance to airborne allergens such as pollen, dust mites and animal dander. Nasaleze is a clinically-proven, unique, natural product that works with the body’s own nasal defense mechanism.

What causes Seasonal Allergies?
The portal of entry for airborne allergens is the nasal tract, this is normally protected by a sticky mucus coat that lies on top of hair cells, which rhythmically move in unison every 15 minutes to sweep tissues clean of incoming pollens, viruses, fungi and bacteria. However, the mucus defense system in the nasal tract can become compromised. Without a healthy mucus coat trapping (like fly paper) some of the billions of airborne particles that enter the nasal tract daily may enter the lungs and even the circulatory system, triggering inflammation, breathing problems, even a skin rash. They also trigger release of histamine to wash the offending particles away, which becomes the chronic runny nose that many people experience.
