Deliveries
Deliveries to UK Mainland domestic or business address are usually made within 3 working days. We offer free delivery on ALL orders worldwide.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, any defective or unused items will be refunded in full. We will only accept return of goods within 28 days from date of dispatch.

All items returned must be in their original packaging, the customer will cover all costs of returning goods, unless the item(s) were delivered in error or are faulty. Nasaleze recommend items to be returned are sent by recorded delivery.
